TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORKSHOP

• Payment for workshop bookings run by London Video Camera Hire must be made in advance via PayPal.
• Payment must be made as soon as the payment request is sent to ensure the customer’s place on the course.
• The customers place on the workshop is only secure once payment is made.
• If the payment is not made 5 day before the workshop starts then the customer will lose their place on the course.
• Cancellation policy -
  Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice or more of the specified workshop date will not be charged.
  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of the specified workshop date are subject to a 50% charge of the full amount of the total hire.
• London Video Camera Hire reserve the right to cancel the course up to 2 days before the specified date.
